Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your Element account and all associated local data, you can do so instantly within the app.

  1. Open the Element app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Billing & Account section.
  4. Tap the red Delete Account button.
  5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

⚠️ Warning: This will permanently wipe all your saved templates, AI queues, and local session data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
